CLIENT PORTAL AGREEMENT

Our current software has a Client Portal function. This gives you the ability to upload documents for the preparation of your tax return. It also allows us to upload your completed tax return for you when it is ready to sign. You will be able to download the documents for viewing and also be able to sign documents digitally with the touch of one button. This removes the need to print, physically sign, scan & email it back.

 
 

In order to utilise this facility each client requires their own email address. This is where notifications will be sent upon documents being uploaded. If you have an entity ie. Partnership, Trust or Company an Individual representative will have to be nominated to receive/sign documents. An entity is unable to have a Client Portal in its own right. 

 
 

If you would like to use this facility all you need to do is fill in, sign and return the first page of the attached agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to setup and login to your Client Portal. Once you have activated your Client Portal, please allow up to 24 hours for documents to be uploaded
